Công ty không đóng BHXH thì quyền lợi khi nghỉ thai sản như thế nào?

Em hiện đang làm nhân viên văn phòng cho công ty mới thành lập hơn 01 năm (em vô làm từ lúc công ty thành lập). Do điều kiện còn khó khăn nên công ty chưa đóng BHXH & BHYT cho NLĐ.Nay em đang có b ầu được 04  tháng, em muốn công ty đóng BHXH cho mình từ tháng 1 năm 2008 đến nay để em hưởng chế độ thai sản có được không? Nếu như công ty chưa đủ điều kiện để đóng BHXH cho em thì đến lúc em nghỉ thai sản thì quyền lợi của em công ty có phải trả không? Nếu có thì phải chi trả như thế nào? Mong quý báo trả lời sớm giùm em. Xin cảm ơn
